Connect CoPilot Overview

The Connect CoPilot platform was designed to:

  • Increase sales opportunities for your business
  • Reduce administrative tasks and expenses for your business and the shops you service
  • Improve your business' visibility into all potential calibration services and revenue opportunities at the same time the ADAS MAP shop knows
  • Improve communication between your business and the shops you service

Features Tour

1. The Connect CoPilot Shop Search menu allows users to search and locate ADAS MAP shop locations within a 50-mile radius.

2. The Connect CoPilot Shop Search page allows users to enter in postal codes and miles radius to identify ADAS MAP shops in a market they service or want to service. It also presents shops that are already connected to provider and allows providers to remove shops from sharing data with them. 

3. The Calibration Requests Menu is where Connect CoPilot users can:

  • Automatically receive ADAS service and calibration requirements from ADAS MAP users
  • Receive and review potential revenue opportunities
  • View all required ADAS services and calibration details
  • Access the shop's ADAS MAP report, identification results and its estimate / RO lines
  • Communicate electronically with shops
  • Share technician assignment and schedules with shops

4. The Calibration Request Grid automatically presents all ADAS MAP-required ADAS services and calibrations from all ADAS MAP shops that have selected to share their data with your business. Audible messaging option generates a "cha-ching" message when a new service request arrives.

  • The Created column date and time reflects when the ADAS Map scrub occurred at the shop
  • The Location column is the name of the ADAS MAP shop
  • The Scheduled column is the date and time of day the shop wants service performed
  • The Calibrations and Amount $ columns show the number of required ADAS services/calibrations and revenue opportunity.

5. The Request Details Page shows the VIN, year, make and model, along with the insurance company name and RO number. You can also see where to review the ADAS Map Report & RO Lines.

  • The grid on the page shows the ADAS service and calibration details and pricing.

  • The Notes section shows two-way notes between provider and shop

  • The Documentation section allows easy drag-and-drop file sharing with shops
  • If the vehicle ever had an Opus IVS scan performed, the report links are presented in the Scan section

6. The Connect CoPilot Mobile App is also available with the same capabilities to view and access ADAS service / calibrations, your connected shops and their revenue opportunities.
