How Billing Works for ADAS Map

ADAS Map usage is billed based on the number of unique VINs processed.

The "180-Day" Rule

  • One Charge: You are charged once per VIN.
  • Duration: That single charge covers the VIN for 180 days.
  • Unlimited Usage: You can re-scrub the estimate, update the report, or view the ADAS Systems Overview for that same VIN as many times as you like within that 180-day window without incurring additional charges.

What counts as "Usage"?

Any action that produces or updates a report triggers a usage event. This includes:

  • Automatically scrubbing an estimate from CCC/Mitchell.
  • Manually generating a report through the "ADAS Systems Overview" tool.

Billing runs on the 1st day of every month.
