The Enhanced Locator in Connect CoPilot was designed to:

Give providers a richer, more complete listing than a standard locator entry
Showcase the services, certifications and capabilities that set your business apart
Help shops in the network quickly identify the right provider for their work
Put providers in control of how their locations appear across the platform

Features Tour

1. Getting started. From the main menu, select Locations and find the location you want to build a profile for (for example, "Jingle Calibration Phoenix Mobile"). Click the Profile tab on that location, and you'll see four sub-tabs: Overview, Service Method, Service List and Training & Certificates.

2. The Overview tab is where you tell the network who you are and how you operate. Here you can:

Enter a company overview
Select the days of the week you are open
Pick the insurers you've agreed to participate with and approved pricing for
Set your open and close times
Enter your business license numbers
Confirm your postal codes serviced (these come from your existing locator profile)
Enter your number of technicians, mobile vehicles and calibration centers
Add your warranty information
Select payment options, including custom payment options you enter yourself
Upload up to 3 business photos

3. The Service Method tab lets you indicate how you deliver service. Pick any combination that applies:

Mobile
Brick-and-mortar
Remote
Other

4. The Service List tab is where you check off every type of service you offer to the network of shops. The list is extensive — select all services that apply so shops searching the locator can find you for the right jobs.

5. The Training & Certificates tab is where you document your team's qualifications. Check off the trainings and certifications your organization and employees have completed, and upload supporting certificates for each one.
