How to set up Locator Profile

The Locator Profile in Connect CoPilot Locator and Connect CoPilot Premier was designed to:

  • Showcase your business and the ADAS services and calibrations you offer
  • Help shops and partners find the right service provider in their market
  • Centralize your service methods, certifications, and customer reviews in one place
  • Give administrative users full control over how your locations are presented

Why create a profile?

There are thousands of ADAS MAP users across the United States looking for providers to help them properly repair and calibrate ADAS-equipped vehicles. From their Providers menu, an ADAS MAP user can enter a postal code and radius to see every provider in that market, mark providers as preferred, read reviews, and click into each provider's profile. A complete profile is your opportunity to make the right impression: up to 3 images, a company overview, hours and days of service, postal codes you cover, your number of technicians, mobile vehicles, and calibration centers, the insurance companies you work with, your warranty and payment terms, the full list of services you offer, and the training and certifications your team holds. ADAS MAP users can also see the reviews your organization has received from shops you've worked with. As a provider, the recommendation is simple — go in and create your profile.

Features Tour

1. Accessing your profile. You must be an administrative user within the Connect CoPilot Locator or Connect CoPilot Premier platform. From the main menu, select Locations, find the location you want to edit (for example, "Jingle Calibration Phoenix Mobile A"), and click the Profile tab on the far right.
2. The Profile tab contains five sections that make up your full locator listing:
  • Overview
  • Service Methods
  • Service List
  • Training & Certifications
  • Reviews
3. The Overview section is where you tell shops who you are and how you operate. Here you can:
  • Enter your company overview
  • Select the days of the week your services are offered
  • Add the insurer programs you support
  • Set your open and close times
  • Enter your local and national business license numbers
  • Confirm your postal codes (these carry over from your locator postal codes)
  • Enter the number of trained technicians, mobile vans, and calibration centers
  • Add your warranty information
  • Select payment options, including custom payment options you add yourself
  • Upload up to 3 images that represent your organization
4. The Service Methods section lets you indicate how you deliver service. Select all that apply:
  • Mobile
  • Brick-and-mortar location
  • Remote
  • Other

5. The Service List section contains a full menu of ADAS services and calibrations your company can offer. Select every service you want to display on your profile page so shops searching the locator can find you for the right jobs.

6. The Training & Certifications section lets you document your team's qualifications. Select from the list of available trainings and certifications, and for each one you select, you can upload a certificate. Uploaded certificates appear directly on your profile.

7. The Reviews tab allows you to view the reviews your organization has received from the shops and partners you do business with, so you can monitor your reputation in the locator.
