What is the Connect CoPilot Mobile App?

The new Opus Connect CoPilot Mobile App was designed to:

  • Give ADAS service and calibration providers on-the-go access to ADAS MAP data, reports, sales potential, and RO lines from any of the 10,000+ shops using ADAS MAP
  • Make every calibration opportunity visible at a glance through easy-to-understand cards
  • Let providers add notes, upload documents, and share information with shops directly from their phone
  • Reduce administrative time and cost while increasing sales opportunities for your organization

Why use the mobile app?

If you're an ADAS service and calibration provider servicing auto and collision repair businesses, the Connect CoPilot mobile app makes your personnel more efficient and productive. Once a Connect CoPilot user logs into the app, they have access to all ADAS MAP inspection data, including ADAS MAP reports, sales potential, and RO lines, from any shop using ADAS MAP that has agreed to share data with their organization. The result is less time spent chasing details and more time closing calibration opportunities.

 

Features Tour

  1. Calibration opportunity cards. Once you log in, every calibration opportunity is presented as an easy-to-understand card. On each card you can view:
  • Shop name
  • Schedule date and time
  • File status
  • RO number
  • Number of entered notes
  • Sales dollar opportunity
  • Shop estimator name
  • Insurer
  • Vehicle
  • VIN

Swipe up to view additional opportunities, or use the search field at the top to find a specific one quickly.

  1. Opening an opportunity. Once you locate the opportunity you want to access, press on the vehicle information or the shop name to open the file. You'll gain access to the required ADAS calibration services and other important file details.
  2. ADAS MAP report and RO lines. Scroll down within the file to view the full ADAS MAP report, or view the CCC RO lines showing what was actually done to the vehicle.
  3. Notes. Continue scrolling to review previous notes you've entered and shared with the shop. You can also add a new note, and any note you add is auto-shared with the shop.
  4. Documents, files, and images. Scroll further to view or access any documents, files, or images you've previously uploaded. At the bottom of the page, tap Upload Doc to add new files, images, or documents you want to share. Anything you upload is auto-shared with the shop as well.
  5. Detailed calibration requirements and pricing. For more detail on a specific calibration, locate the detailed calibration card and press the green arrow. You'll gain detailed access to all required calibrations for that opportunity, including pricing for each calibration requirement.
